Animal Description Builder
MultiOp's Animal Description Builder helps staff create polished, adoption-friendly animal descriptions quickly and consistently. Build descriptions from structured animal details, reuse saved prompts, apply favorites and creative enhancers, and generate content that can be copied directly into your workflow or used with your preferred AI engine.

Driver's License Barcode Support
Scan. Match. Update. Create.
Driver's License Barcode Support allows staff to scan the barcode on the back of a U.S. or Canadian driver's license and create or locate a person record in seconds — without typing. If the driver's license number is found, the person record opens instantly. If not, MultiOp displays candidate matches based on similar names and addresses, with person pictures shown in the result list when available.
Select a match and MultiOp can fill in missing information and automatically add the driver's license as an identifier. If no match exists, staff can create a complete new person record in a single click — with name, address, date of birth, geocoded location, and more already populated from the scan.
